A very wise person suggested to me that the recent Supreme Court decision (Gonzales v. Carhart) demonstrates a disturbing trend: that the courts now feel empowered to impose their own moral view at the cost of women’s health. The implications are considerable. She suggested that we all read the recent decision and not solely rely on the media's interpretation. You can find the decision here.
